Alisée Matta e Giovanni Gennari

‹Return to Previous Page

In1994 Alisée Matta and Giovanni Gennari started working together as publicists. Since 2005 they aroused their interest in the design world, founding the Milanese studio Nobody&co. From that moment the couple undertakes funny and functional projects.

Their debut will be during the Salone del Mobile 2006, at the Fuorisalone with the Bibliochaise, the library-armchair that contains up to 5 metres of books. In 2008 they presents the Missing Chairs, a 7 seats collection, all different among them, with which you can obtain angular or bench-like compositions and also an optical illusion around the table. The collection is based on the idea that a chair hardly lives alone, on the contrary it’s part of a bigger object.
